Paul Owston is a Legal Director with broad experience in personal injury claims. He works primarily in defendant insurance litigation, representing local authorities in claims of stress and negligence.

Paul has special expertise defending pharmacists in claims of clinical negligence, product liability and public liability. He regularly represents pharmacist clients at inquests and in professional disciplinary matters.

Before joining our firm, he was a legal advisor to professional disciplinary panels of the General Teaching Council for England (GTCE).
