Advising a German headquartered internationally operating pharmaceuticals company on the migration of its regional headquarter entity in the UAE and the implementation of a group-wide corporate structure reorganisation.
Advising a European headquartered lightweight construction solutions manufacturer on the restructuring of its Middle East and Asia business operations in preparation for a potential business segment spin-off. This involved supporting with vendor due diligence, and advice on transfer of IP and registered agencies in the Middle East, termination of a JV company as well as new entity formation and licensing.
Advising a multinational telecommunications services company on the relocation of their regional headquarters for several business segments from Africa to the UAE, including licensing advice and registration of three new entities in Dubai.
Advising a European water management company on several corporate structuring, corporate governance and commercial (contentious and non-contentious) matters concerning its JV companies’ operation and structures in the GCC.
