Eugene has experience in advising a wide variety of clients on commercial litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration,  and debt collection across multiple industry sectors. 
He  also advises companies on employment relations and on the regulatory requirements for digital credit providers. 

Eugene joined Clyde & Co as a trainee lawyer in January 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya on 2nd March 2023.

• Part of the team that advises various clients on employment and labour laws in Kenya.
• Part of the team that represents a large insurance company in various disputes ranging from demands for unremitted premiums from insurance brokers to defending claims against the insurance company.
• Part of the team that advised a financial services provider on the regulatory requirements for operating as a digital credit provider in Kenya.
