Amirali Oloomiyazdi has a wealth of experience defending clients in complex litigation matters. Amirali handles New York labor law, general liability, commercial, premise liability, and complex litigation matters. He focuses his practice on defending property owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in personal injury actions arising out of labor law, construction defect, and property damage claims. Previously, Amirali worked in a general liability group for a national defense firm.
A graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, while in law school, Amirali served as a trained mediator, mediating contentious disputes in Manhattan Civil Court. He also served as a Research Assistant in the Securities Arbitration Clinic and was a judicial intern for the Honourable Delores J. Thomas at the New York State Supreme Court. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rutgers University, New Brunswick campus.
When not practicing law, Amirali enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and he is fluent in Persian (Farsi).
