Rachel is an Associate in the Insurance, Financial and Professional Disputes Team, having joined the firm in 2024. 

Rachel has experience in the defence of claims against a range of professionals including legal and financial professionals, housing professionals and constructional professionals. She is also instructed by PI insurers on coverage matters. 

Rachel has previously undertaken a client secondment with a large London-based insurer which allowed her to broaden her knowledge of the insurance market and experience the handling of claims from inception through to conclusion from an insurer’s perspective.

• Representing insured professionals at both the pre-litigated stage and throughout litigation
• Investigating and advising on coverage of professional indemnity policies 
• Pursuing recovery claims.
