Enrique´s practice is focused on aviation, transport, and insurance law, with extensive experience advising airlines, airports, cargo companies, and shipping firms on regulatory matters, accidents and incidents, product liability, and litigation. His practice also covers insurance and reinsurance, policy drafting, professional indemnity, arbitration, and competition law.

Enrique has defended airlines in aircraft accident investigations and aeronautical audits, and regularly represents insurance companies, reinsurers, and both domestic and international insured clients before the Spanish courts. He also adapts and drafts insurance policies, including adapting international policy wordings to Spanish law.

He provides advice on international contracts and private international law matters. Enrique regularly advises Lloyd's underwriters, Spanish insurance companies, and national and international insurance brokers and adjusters.

With a PhD in law, Enrique is a professor of Private International Law at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. He has authored numerous publications, including books and articles on Insurance Law and International Trade Law, and regularly lectures at national and international forums.
