She advises local and multinational corporations on merger and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures (JVs), corporate governance and compliance, restructurings, reorganisations and foreign direct investments (FDI) in Saudi Arabia, including RHQ incorporations.
Summayah has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the aviation, education, logistics and supply chain, engineering, energy, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail and consumer, and technology sectors.
Summayah is a qualified attorney in the State of New York and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Leeds, UK in 2019.
