Stuart advises on coverage and disputes across all types of D&O and financial lines liability insurance, including Bankers Blanket Bond and Civil Liability. His experience includes advising on regulatory investigations into directors and claims involving allegations of fraud, across a wide range of jurisdictions, including in particular Latin America.
Stuart has also represented insurers and insureds, such as accountants and IFAs, in professional negligence claims and advised financial institutions in regulatory investigations, including s.166 investigations and investigations by Lloyd's of London.
His experience includes a three month secondment at a financial institution.
