Omar has advised on a number of corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the healthcare, insurance, financial leasing, investment funds and finance sectors.
Omar is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Ain Shams in 2023 and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Cairo University in 2019.
Omar is fluent in Arabic and English.
