As an associate in the Property and Liability Insurance team, Meredith has broad experience of advising on coverage and liability issues, both in the context of defending claims and pursuing subrogated recoveries.
Meredith regularly advises insurers on coverage and liability issues, and has particular experience in product liability disputes, including cases involving lithium batteries and electronics. Meredith also assisted in the team's response to COVID-19 business interruption claims and the FCA Test Case, including the appeal to the Supreme Court.
