Kirstin is an experienced asset finance lawyer and joined Clyde & Co’s London Aviation Finance team in 2022. She previously worked in the aviation finance team of another large city law firm for a number of years, in both their London and Singapore offices, before spending some years as senior in-house counsel, as an asset finance specialist.
Kirstin advises clients on a broad range of aviation finance and leasing transactions, including financing arrangements, sale and leasebacks, operating leases, novations, PDP financing arrangements, portfolio sales/acquisitions and aircraft disposals. She specialises in both the commercial and business aviation sectors, and has experience acting for lenders, lessors, owners, operators and airlines.
Although primarily focussed on aviation matters, she also has extensive experience of matters in the broader asset finance space, including equipment finance, shipping and green energy matters.
