• Acting on behalf of insurers of shopping centres, carparks, hotels and bars, market licensees, small business owners, cleaning contractors, and operators of inflatable castles and obstacle courses, in litigated personal injury claims in Victorian and Tasmanian courts.  

• Defending complex worker-to-worker claim personal injury claims and recovery claims brought by the Victorian WorkCover Authority.   

• Advising insurers on complex coverage and indemnity issues across all insurance lines.    

• Acting for top-tier global law firms defending professional indemnity insurance matters arising from complex transactions.  

• Advising London market insurers on coverage disputes and jurisdictional-specific issues.
