Kassem is an Associate in the corporate group at Barakat, Maher & Partners in association with Clyde & Co. in Cairo office. He advises local and international companies on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property, data protection, employment matters, and general corporate advisory matters.
Kassem has advised on corporate transactions, working with clients operating in the aviation and technology sectors. Kassem is currently a candidate for District of Columbia Bar Exam. He graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law in May 2023 and his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Mathematics in 2020 from St. John’s College.
