Jessica is a Senior Associate in the Manchester Employment Team. Jessica undertakes advisory and contentious matters for national and international clients spanning several industries including transportation, retail, construction and insurance. 

Jessica is experienced in handling Tribunal proceedings, ranging from unfair dismissal claims to complex issues of equal pay, whistleblowing and disability discrimination. 

Jessica routinely advises clients on wide ranging workplace issues. Jessica regularly assists clients with the management of sickness absence, capability, grievance, disciplinary and redundancy procedures.  Jessica is also experienced in advising on complex TUPE processes and business re-organisations.

In the team, Jessica has taken a leading role in providing clients with advice on trade union issues and industrial action disputes. As part of this Jessica has assisted clients through mass strike action which has included preparing various pieces of correspondence to be sent to the union and union members.
