James (Jimmy) Moffitt represents domestic and international insurers providing primary and excess coverage in high exposure, complex insurance coverage disputes. He routinely handles matters from inception through claims resolution in various stages, including through litigation, in matters involving sexual misconduct, civil rights, law enforcement liability, first-party property claims related to COVID-19, and various torts. Jimmy litigates coverage disputes in state and federal trial courts, and bankruptcy court.
