Jack has particular experience in complex disputes arising from product liability claims, mass tort claims in the US involving US based pharmacies arising from the opioid epidemic and international trade and commodity disputes that have occurred in different countries around the world.
Jack also has experience in advising clients about the anti-suit injunction procedure brought in the Commercial Court, particularly relating to litigation commenced in the US and in breach of arbitration agreements.
In addition, Jack also has experience in construction disputes and experience in professional indemnity disputes (lawyers and accountants) as well as health and safety related disputes and investigations.
