Danielle is a Senior Costs Lawyer based in our London office. She has worked in costs since 2007.
Danielle has a varied practice, dealing with all aspects of the costs management and assessment processes. She has experience of representing both receiving and paying parties in matters ranging from fixed costs disputes to large commercial litigation and group litigation. She has also acted for clients in the Court of Appeal (CA) and Supreme Court (SC) cases.
Danielle assisted with opposing one of the largest costs claims in UK history (c.£100 million) – Motto -v- Trafigura Ltd in 2010.
Danielle is a member of the Association of Costs Lawyers.
