Brendan is a commercial litigator who specialises in acting for clients in contentious construction matters.

He advises project participants across a range of industries including in the mining, road and rail infrastructure and energy sectors. Brendan has acted for a number of multinational clients on a variety of large-scale projects involving complex issues of delay and disruption. He has worked in all forms of dispute resolution, including domestic and international arbitration (both commercial and investment), litigation and adjudication.

Before joining Clyde & Co, Brendan worked as a lawyer in Australia for a large national law firm. During this time, Brendan was also seconded to a leading Spanish law firm for a year.
