Andrea is a Special Counsel in the Sydney office with extensive experience in privacy, cyber security and data protection compliance and digital transformation/technology advisory advising clients in the financial services, education, health/life services, media and Government sectors. Andrea is a highly effective negotiation strategist and contract negotiator having led global technology transaction negotiations in Switzerland and the UK. She has co-authored guides and commentary in Thomson Reuters Practical Law and articles on privacy law compliance and data protection issues for IAPP and One Trust Guidance publications. She continues her academic interests in the legal issues in social media, online internet safety and personal privacy rights.
