Alicia Massidas focuses her practice on advising and litigating first- and third-party coverage disputes arising out of various industries including construction defects and specialty insurance. Alicia also has broad experience representing international and domestic insurers in a wide range of matters involving commercial general liability, commercial property, professional liability, and employment practices liability policies.
Prior to joining the firm, Alicia gained experience handling high-exposure complex litigation matters related to personal injury, contract disputes, and employment law matters. While pursuing her law degree at Seton Hall University School of Law, Alicia participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic representing indigent juveniles in family court and volunteered with the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice. Alicia also provided pro bono assistance to domestic violence victims seeking Temporary Restraining Orders. She received her undergraduate degree in political science from Seton Hall University.
