Having had experience of Claimant motor litigation as a Trainee Solicitor, I qualified in September 2001 into the Defendant Personal Injury Motor Claims Team at Pitmans, Reading. Thereafter I relocated to Manchester where I worked at James Chapman & Co in a similar role, defending a combination of litigated small, fast & multi track claims, advising insurer clients on matters of liability & quantum.

After taking time away to focus on my family, I joined Clyde & Co, Manchester in the Defendant Motor Claims Team before moving into the EL/PL Team, where I worked with a number of Insurer clients & managed a team of fee earners, handling fast & multi track litigated cases.

I had a further stint away from work for family purposes and returned to Clyde & Co in August 2023 into the Defendant Motor Claims Team in which I advise insurer clients regarding liability and quantum on pre litigated claims and also handle a caseload of litigated fast and multi track cases for a number of insurer clients.
