Profil complet

Adrian Marston has been a Partner in our Birmingham office since November 2018. He specialises in high value and complex personal injury litigation cases and has a special interest in cases that involve chronic pain and mental health conditions.

Adrian has extensive experience in managing complex, sensitive and novel cases, in particular those that carry commercial or reputational risks for his clients. He frequently advises on risk management and claims defensibility strategies and regularly presents on these topics.

He is frequently described as approachable and is often praised for his ability to cut through the various features that may present in cases in order to identify the core issues.

Adrian’s legal career began at Buller Jeffries in 1993 where he worked on a mix of defendant litigation for insurers and local authorities before he moved to Weightmans in 2002. He progressed from Assistant Solicitor to Partner and headed up the Weightmans Midlands commercial insurance team. During his time at Weightmans, Adrian was also the main client contact for a range of nominated insurance risks and direct instruction corporate accounts
