Stuart is a highly experienced insurance and commercial disputes litigator. Having worked for 6 years in London market, Stuart joined the Sydney team in 2022 to provide coverage and monitoring expertise within Clyde & Co's market-leading Cyber One offering.

He now heads up the Digitial Disputes practice advising insurers and corporates on technology errors and omissions, recovery action, and data and privacy litigation. He has successfully assisted clients with recovering losses from misdirected funds, third party breaches (including multi-party breaches), and ransomware attacks in Australia and globally.

Stuart has deep cyber coverage experience, having advised domestic and international insurers about policy coverage and response in some of the Australia and the UK's largest, most complex and highest profile data breaches. He also has broad front-end coverage experience and has assisted international insurers develop cyber and technology errors and omissions wordings for the domestic market.

• Advising London market insurers on policy coverage following personal injury claims made against a software development in multiple jurisdictions for the defective supply of virtual reality software.
• Advising a Lloyd's syndicate in a claim for indemnity by a financial services company arising out of a high-profile ransomware incident affecting it around the world.
