Matthew specialises in commercial litigation and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in handling complex litigation and arbitration cases in Hong Kong and internationally. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Hong Kong Law Society.
Matthew handles corporate and commercial disputes.
On the insurance side, Matthew advises clients on various types of insurance products.
Matthew handles criminal litigation. He is in the Fiat List of the Department of Justice and handles prosecution as an advocate. He worked as a public prosecutor for the Department of Justice in 2009.
Matthew’s experience also covers a broad range of shipping matters including charterparty disputes, ship casualties, bunker claims and disputes involving carriage of goods by air, sea and road.
