Dalton Luke focuses his practice on insurance coverage and litigation. Upon graduation from law school, Dalton litigated commercial and coverage disputes for large maritime companies, including cargo insurers, NVOCCs, harbor pilots’ associations, and classification societies. Dalton has also worked extensively on coverage matters involving primary and excess environmental and pollution policies.
During law school, Dalton interned for the Hon. Fredericka Homberg Wicker of the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, a Fortune 25 energy company, and worked as a Student Attorney in the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, where he handled matters involving the Clean Air Act and Louisiana administrative law.
