Sam is an Associate in the Vancouver office, and practices civil and commercial litigation, including insurance defence, professional liability, and construction claims.

Before joining Clyde & Co in 2024, Sam articled and practiced at a leading litigation firm. He has experience representing clients before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia, as well as the Civil Resolution Tribunal and Human Rights Tribunal.

During law school, Sam served as vice-president of the Asia Pacific Law Club and volunteered for Access Pro Bono. In his final semester, he worked at the Law Centre in downtown Victoria, where he represented clients in criminal, civil, and human rights matters. For his advocacy and client representation, he was recognized with the YLaw Best Lawyering Award.
