Glenanne Kennedy advises insurers in litigation and coverage disputes. She counsels clients on both first- and third- party insurance claims involving catastrophic loss and bad faith litigation arising out various industries, including entertainment, construction, and life science. Glenanne's experience includes handling insurance and catastrophic loss litigation.
Prior to joining the private sector, Glenanne was a Judge Advocate in the United States Army for five years, where she held many positions including leading the legal assistance office which provided services to a population of over 10,000 Soldiers, family members, and civilians in Germany, prosecuting crimes under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and acting as the senior legal advisor to a Brigade Commander in charge of over 2,400 troops.
