Francisco Jiménez is a Senior Associate in Litigation team in our Santiago office since March, 2016.
His practice focuses on complex dispute resolution in both litigation and arbitration, specifically in civil and commercial issues, as well as research and preparation of legal opinions on various legal issues.
Prior to joining Clyde&Co, Francisco worked as a consultant in the Civil Office of the State Defense Council.
In the academic area, Francisco worked as a professor at the Law School of the University of Andrés Bello. Previously, he served as a researcher assistant in the Department of Constitutional Law and as an assistant professor for lectures of contractual and forensic drafting imparted at the same University.
Francisco has a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Chile and has obtained a Master of Laws degree of the University of Barcelona.
