Daniel (Dan) James serves as coverage counsel, advising insurers in complex insurance disputes. He has litigated and provided counsel for clients in a variety of tort matters. 

While at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Dan played an active role as an editor for the Midwest Journal on Law and Policy.  Additionally, he served the Urbana-Champaign community through his work in the Family Law Clinic.
