Regan Heslop represents insurers in insurance coverage analysis and defending disputes based on general liability, directors’ & officers’ liability, and excess and umbrella policies.
In addition to representing insurers, Regan has practice in defending companies against employment, professional liability, commercial, and general liability litigation.
Regan has litigated matters before state and federal courts throughout California, along with administrative bodies such as the National Labor Relations Board. She also has experience in representing clients in mediation and arbitrations.
