Rebecca’s practice focuses on insurance law and liability matters, especially in the financial and professional lines (D&O, E&O, PI) and with regard to product liability, as well as commercial litigation & arbitration. In her dispute resolution practice, she regularly acts as monitoring, coverage and defence counsel in complex domestic and international court and arbitration proceedings. In addition, she supports her clients from the insurance industry with their product development and tailor-made solutions across all major business lines.
Rebecca completed her legal clerkship with stations at a major law firm in the fields of insurance law, commercial litigation & arbitration and at an international insurance company in Barcelona working on financial lines claims and underwriting. Furthermore, she has practised at a major law firm in the fields of banking litigation.
