Rachel’s caseload involves handling a variety of injuries such as serious spinal injuries, brain injuries, and amputations. She has also dealt with a number of cases involving accidents abroad.
As part of her work, Rachel is often instructed pre-litigation to work alongside insurers and assist with their initial investigations. This includes providing advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum.
Rachel is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) as well as the Law Society of Scotland (LSS).
