A partner based in our Glasgow office, Rachel Henry has specialised in personal injury civil litigation since 2006. She deals with both Court of Session (CS) and Sheriff Court (SC) cases. 

Rachel has extensive experience with a variety of claims. These include public liability, employers’ liability and motor claims. She is specialised in large loss and catastrophic claims. 

Rachel’s caseload involves handling a variety of injuries such as serious spinal injuries, brain injuries, and amputations. She has also dealt with a number of cases involving accidents abroad.

As part of her work, Rachel is often instructed pre-litigation to work alongside insurers and assist with their initial investigations. This includes providing advice on indemnity, liability, and quantum. 

Rachel is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) as well as the Law Society of Scotland (LSS).
