I am Admitted to practice and have experience working in Spain and the Dominican Republic. In this sense, I studied Law in the Universidad Iberoamericana, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where I obtained the degree of Doctor in Law. I validated  the law degree in the Universidad de Educación a Distancia (UNED), Madrid to become lawyer in Spain. I have an LLM in Comparative Law and have taken several courses and international programs at the University of Miami. Also, I have a Master in International Business at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.

I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the Dominican Republic Bar Association. I am native English speaker.

I have developed my career as an international lawyer with a particular focus on the insurance and liability sector. I advise both national and international insurance companies on policy coverage issues and in connection with professional liability, personal injuries and medical malpractice in the health care area. I act on behalf of insurance companies and their insured in litigation proceedings before the civil and administrative courts. I also have a particular focus on travel and tourism assisting insurance companies in respect of claims instigated against hotel chains, travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, both in local and foreign proceedings.
