Matthew (Matt) Harvey specializes in insurance law with a focus on coverage, loss allocation, and bad faith. An experienced litigator, he represents insurers in state and federal courts throughout California. Matt has also defended insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, and others against professional negligence claims.
In addition to his litigation practice, Matt advises clients on insurance coverage, allocation, and claims handling issues arising under commercial general liability, excess and umbrella, errors and omissions, and other types of policies.
