Jodi Hargreaves specialises in defending suspected fraudulent motor claims. He acts for various clients, including self-insured, commercial insurers and private insurers. His expertise spans a range of frauds: fraud rings, phantom occupancy, staged accidents, slam-on, low-speed impacts and professional enablers.

Alongside his caseload, Jodi is the principal point of contact for a technical and commercial advice.

He supports clients in training their fraud handlers and developing counter-fraud training programmes, processes and strategies.

Jodi is a member of The Law Society.
