Jessica’s practice mainly consists of contentious aviation matters which are brought against major airlines and their respective insurers. Jessica has extensive experience dealing with claims for: bodily injury, passenger baggage, property damage and cargo. Jessica also has experience assisting with major losses.
Jessica’s background in insurance fraud, dealing with cases predominantly involving personal injury, has served as an excellent foundation for her work in the aviation sector.
Due to the International nature of Jessica’s case load, she is skilled at dealing with litigation in multiple jurisdictions.
