Christina N. Hoffman is an attorney in the Trial & Defense practice group. Christina handles all phases of litigation from client development and detailed investigation of the case to settlement and trial. Her vast litigation experience includes matters related to product liability, toxic torts, catastrophic injury, consumer class action lawsuits, employment, privacy, property rights disputes, nuisance and habitability, education and disability-related discrimination.
Christina has a depth of experience defending academic integrity and sexual assault claims in educational settings. She consults clients, schools, and athletes with California Interscholastic Federation (CIF) athletic eligibility, and recently successfully handled an NCAA athletic eligibility appeal. Christina frequently provides disability consulting for a wide range of clients.
