Sam is a Legal Director in the Professional & Commercial Disputes team in the firm’s Manchester office. Typically under instruction by PI insurers, Sam specialises in claims against professionals, including brokers, solicitors, barristers, surveyors and architects. In addition, he is experienced acting for letting agents, management companies and other bodies indemnified under D&O policies.
Sam also routinely advises insurers on matters of policy coverage, addressing, for example, questions of late notification, non-disclosure and dishonesty.
