Regine is an experienced shipping lawyer who works with the shipping team lead by Gildas Rostain and Rozenn Lopin. She joined Clyde's in 2019 after a several years' experience in a French boutique firm acting for shipowners, P & I Clubs and Charterers. She knows the French and European Shipping market well.
She has recognised experience for ship arrest as well as wet cases where she acts for cargo interests and also shipowners (salvage, collision at sea).
Regine has good connections with French Marine Insurers as well as P & I Clubs.
She also handles a substantial amount of charter party disputes. Regine exclusively handles litigious work.
She is a Member of the French Paris bar.
Regine graduated from the University Paris I – Pantheon Sorbonne with a Master in International Private Law and a Master in Law of Obligations.
