Rebecca is a construction and insurance litigator. She works with contractors, sub-contractors, architects and their insurers on construction related disputes. She has advised and worked with some of the largest contractors and insurers in the world on high value, complex defence and coverage claims and is experienced in methods of alternative disputes resolution.
Before specialising in construction, Rebecca maintained a broader PI practice, also acting for solicitors, barristers, surveyors, IFAs and other professionals- along with their insurers. She also has experience dealing with D&O claims and coverage disputes and completed a six-month secondment in AIG’s Financial Lines Complex Claims team in 2015/16 which gave her a valuable insight into the pressures and practicalities of claims handling.
