Nisha's work to date has provided exposure to a broad array of industries including, insurance, oil & gas, TV/Media, energy and financial services. Nisha continually analyses and interprets complex UK Immigration Rules, European Regulations and associated jurisprudence and their application to different scenarios, based on clients' needs and objectives. Nisha actively advises a multinational telecommunications company on corporate immigration matters in Luxembourg, India and Ghana and appreciates the legal issues faced by global businesses.
Nisha has specialised in assessing eligibility to work, eligibility to obtain Tier 1, 2 or 5 immigration permissions and advising UK employers in relation to compliance with Tier 2 Sponsor Licence obligations in order to prevent illegal working.
