Daniel is a senior associate in Clyde & Co’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice in the Middle East. Dan joined the firm’s Dubai office in 2022 from a large UK based law firm.
He advises on a range of TMT matters and is called upon by clients to advise on the legal issues that arise from the use of innovative technology, including augmented reality and the sale of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Daniel also regularly advises on commercial instructions such as sponsorship agreements, logistic outsourcings and the procurement of goods and services.
Described as "balanced in approach, pragmatic and delivery focussed", Daniel has a developed understanding of the demands faced by in-house legal teams, having spent several months on secondment with telecoms, retail and manufacturing clients.
