Tim is a Legal Director in the London office. He joined the firm in December 2022 from an international law firm.
He specialises in commercial dispute resolution, often of an international nature, with a focus on aviation finance disputes, including disputes under purchase and leasing agreements. He is experienced in international arbitration under a variety of institutional rules. He regularly advises on the interpretation and termination of commercial agreements and has experience of ADR, including mediation.
