Penrose has extensive experience advising in highly sensitive regulatory investigations, and disciplinary and enforcement proceedings brought by the Financial Reporting Council, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Insolvency Practitioners Association, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
