A partner based in our Manchester office, Chris Fletcher’s cases include work-related stress claims, bullying and harassment claims as well as asbestos-related disease and occupational cancer claims.

He has used his expertise to act for insurers, corporate clients, and public bodies. He provides policy coverage advice and acts for clients in cases of asbestos-related disease and occupational cancer claims.

Chris has extensive experience in advising corporate clients faced with legacy occupational disease liability difficulties. He has also worked on projects concerning potential cancer UK liabilities for UK clients.

He has further experience in advising insurers and speaks at events covering themes concerned with emerging risk. These include topics such as the developing landscape in harassment claims, psychiatric claims following data protection breaches, and emerging risk analysis.

Chris is dual qualified. He first earned his qualification as a solicitor in Scotland in 1996 before qualifying in England and Wales in 1998. His expertise has led him to act on all aspects of long and short tail occupational disease claims.
