Spencer Evans is a member of the Specialty and Investigations team in New York, where he represents insurers as coverage and litigation counsel on matters involving fine art, specie, and high-value cargo, among other specialty risks. Spencer also has experience with primary, umbrella and excess general liability policies, commercial auto policies, professional liability policies, and representation and warranty policies.
Prior to joining Clyde & Co, Spencer focused his practice on general civil and commercial matters and insurance coverage at two midsized firms in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. Spencer completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Audrey J. S. Carrion in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland.
Spencer’s pro bono activity includes working with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service on landlord tenant matters.
