Moataz is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He graduated with a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Hamburg in 2021, a Master of Science, Economics degree from Cairo University in 2021, and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from Cairo University in 2016.
