David (Dave) Evans has represented insurers for more than 25 years, providing consultation and litigation guidance to both domestic and UK-market insurance companies, specializing in third-party liability claims. Dave counsels insurers on a wide range of insurance issues and related fields of practice arising under policies, including general liability, professional liability, employment liability, excess and personal lines policies, encompassing a broad array of claims and industries, including intellectual property, construction defect, and employer’s liability claims.  

Dave has represented insurers in bad faith, contribution, and declaratory judgment litigation, and he has extensive experience counselling and representing insurers in alternative dispute resolution. Dave also advises insurers on drafting and evaluating new insurance policy language.
