Piotr has been involved in the renewable energy sources sector since 2014. He is a vastly experienced advisor in the field of investment processes, due diligence as well as in acquisitions, divestments and project finance of wind farms, photovoltaic power plants and other renewable energy projects in Poland.
His experience also encompasses providing legal advice concerning contractual matters with a particular focus on corporate PPAs not only in Poland but also in the broader CEE region, development services contracts, and supply and maintenance contracts.
Piotr also advises on a wide range of regulatory matters concerning both Polish and EU law.
